The Trainer's Obligations

Session Cancellation Policy48 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments. Notice of less that 48 hours will incur a full payment of the session fee.
Re-arranging a SessionAt least 24 hrs notice is required to re-arrange a session; this can only be done if the trainer has the availability you need. If the trainer is unavailable to re-arrange the session would either need to be kept or be cancelled.
Lateness PolicyIf the client is late for a session the session cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time. If the trainer is late additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions. If the client arrives more than 20 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, the trainer may leave the premises and the appointment may be forfeited.
Fee Charging PolicyThe minimum number of sessions that can be purchased is two sessions per week for 6 weeks. Payment for these sessions must be made at the time of booking. If you book more than 24 sessions in total, you are able to pay 50% at the start and 50% at the half way point. Cheques should be made payable to Richard Clarke. For bank transfers Richard will provide you with the account details. All 12 week packages must be redeemed within 120 days of purchase.
Other Terms & ConditionsYou can contact your trainer with general questions relating to your goals as often as needed. This can be done via text, telephone or e-mail. Your trainer will respond usually within 24 hrs but maybe longer if circumstances dictate. The only request we make for politeness no late phone-calls after 8pm.
Failure to give proper notice (48 hours notice) Four or more times during the same 12 week period, will require you to go to the end of the waitlist when signing up for additional packages.
Any Gestures of Goodwill by a trainer are purely that, and will not form any part of any legal agreement /contract. These Terms &Conditions may be amended at anytime without notice. You will be subsequently informed of any changes. All sessions and packages from the date that the amended terms are placed on our website onwards will be governed by those new terms.
Contract Cancellation PolicyIf you decide to cancel your chosen package, you will be refunded in the following manner:
12 Week Packages If you cancel within the first 2 weeks – 50% refund of remaining sessions If you cancel between 3-4 weeks – 25% refund of remaining sessions Cancellations after 4 weeks will not be entitled to a refund.
6 Week Packages If you decide to cancel a 6 week package no refund will be given.
In the event of serious illness or injury you will be able to return to your programme when you are fit and ready. If the trainer no longer has availability when you return you may have to join a waiting list or be offered another trainer. In the unlikely event you are not able to return to normal activities your case will be considered fairly, and refunded by the Manager no more than 50% of the total cost.
