PEAK RATES
6.30am until 9.30am & 4.30pm until 7.30pm
2 sessions per week for 6 weeks (12) - £52.50 per session
3 sessions per week for 6 weeks (18) - £47.50 per session
2 sessions per week for 12 weeks (24) - £45.00 per session
3+ sessions per week for 12 weeks (36+) - £42.50 per session
Single Sessions £70 per hour
Block of 12 "to be taken anytime" Sessions - £720.00 (£60 per session)
OFF-PEAK RATES
9.30am until 4.30pm
2 sessions per week for 6 weeks (12) - £45.00 per session
3 sessions per week for 6 weeks (18) - £42.50 per session
2 sessions per week for 12 weeks (24) - £40.00 per session
3+ sessions per week for 12 weeks (36+) - £37.50 per session
Single Sessions £60 per hour
Block of 12 "to be taken anytime" sessions - £600.00 (£50 per session)
We also have "off-peak" starter packages from £300.00 which include 6 personal training sessions, full nutrition package, the ideal gift.
Please note our senior personal trainer, Richard Clarke's rates are from £65.00 per hour(off-peak) for block bookings, and £90 per hour for single sessions
